Start with the event schedule.
Share the venue, date, start and finish times, and the moments that cannot be missed. For sports, include the schedule, athlete or team priorities, and where photographers are allowed. For a gathering, include key speakers, group photographs, and any part of the programme that needs dedicated coverage.
Access matters as much as timing.
Tell me about credentials, venue permission, lighting, restricted areas, and any rules for equipment or movement. We’ll confirm access and a coverage plan before booking. Travel, permits, and any additional requirements are outlined in the quote rather than assumed to be part of the hourly rate.
Plan delivery around the purpose.
Let me know whether the photographs are for participants, your organization’s website, sponsors, press, or a publication deadline. The finished image count, delivery schedule, and usage are specified for each event. Sports and event coverage starts at $600 for the two-hour minimum.

Can I book only one hour?
Sports and event coverage has a two-hour minimum at $300 per hour. Send the schedule and priorities so we can quote the right coverage window.
How quickly are event photographs delivered?
Delivery and image count are agreed in your event quote. If you need photographs for an immediate announcement or press deadline, mention that before booking so it can be considered in the plan.
How do I reserve a date?
Send an inquiry to start the conversation. Tony confirms availability and your quote. Your date is reserved only after the signed agreement, agreed deposit, and Tony’s personal confirmation.
